• Once you receive a link for approving your images, you have 7 business days to request any edits.

• Any requests outside of this timeline will be processed for a fee.

• It is the responsibility of the client to communicate prior to the shoot date their reference images and written notes. If there is a mistake on our end we will resolve it for no additional charge.

Revisions may be either free or paid, depending on the cases outlined below:

Free:

• All final images will be sent as 300 dpi resolution

• Decreasing image size

• Any revisions made due to Sidekick Photo Studio’s failure to adhere to shoot references or notes agreed upon in proposal

Paid:

• Any changes made to the final image after retouching has begun or final images have been sent. 

• May include but not limited to: altering layout, angle, styling, addition or removal of objects, changing background

• Increasing image size

• Any changes as a result of unclear or undisclosed instructions agreed in initial proposal

• Revisions requested outside of seven business day approval period

• Revisions based on examples not provided in initial proposal or before production started

• Addition or removal of wrinkles or folds which were not disclosed in initial proposal

• Removing defects of product which are not attributable to the studio’s production

• Any revisions made if specific requirements were not mentioned in initial proposal
