Product Delivery & Return
How do I send my products to be shot?
There are two ways you can get your products to us:
Drop-off: Feel free to have your products delivered to our studio. If you’d like to drop off products, please email us at hellosidekickstudio@gmail.com to make an appointment.

Shipping: Upon completion of your payment or inquiry, you will receive shipping instructions which will clearly outline the process of getting your goods to us for shooting.
Once we receive the product(s), you will be notified we received your items and the expected delivery date.
How do I get my products back?
Pick-up: Same process of dropping your product(s) off, but in reverse. Pick-up hours are 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Shipping: We require all product(s) needed to be returned after the shoot must be sent with proper return shipping labels. Upon completion of your product’s shoot, we will ship your product within five business days.
Disposal: If ten days after your shoot we have not received any return shipping labels or attempt to retrieve your product(s), they are liable to be donated or disposed at the studio’s discretion.
