You can cancel your order any time prior to receiving your payment and/or product(s).

In order to best serve you, it is required that complete payment is made prior to receiving your product. This ensures that once the studio receives your order it can be processed and shot in a timely fashion. 

Cancellations of products or services can only be made up to 24 hours after initial payment if, and only if, any purchase or cost incurred by the client in attempts to fulfill or prepare for the shoot have not already occurred.

Once we have received your product(s), you are able to cancel your order but will no longer receive a refund.
